When Caffeine’s first opened its doors in 1990 on Memorial Avenue in West Springfield, Joe and Diane Balestri envisioned nothing more than a small cafe. With a pizza oven inherited from their family and an imported Italian espresso machine, they crafted a few simple dishes they loved to cook and eat. Diane’s handwritten menu on a large notecard offered little more than thin-crust pizza, a leek omelet, and, of course, cappuccino.

I had the most delicious meal. Lemon Chicken Pecorino. It was so good and such a lovely place to eat . The dessert was also delicious a cake with coconut flakes. I love it. I will be eating there more often. 💖
Today was our first visit to "Caffeines" for Brunch and what a treat it was. When we were seated, we were brought a delicious fresh fruit cup and warm banana bread...and then they took our order. The food was great and the waitstaff were so friendly and welcoming. This restaurant is certainly a West Springfield treasure! 🙂
Today we had our Holiday Party at Caffeine's. The food, service and atmosphere was amazing. The staff there was topnotch and were so pleasant to be with. We will definitely go back for dinners and or another gathering!!
